Good financing starts with understanding the full picture.

I’m a Brooklyn-based Community Mortgage Loan Officer helping buyers and real estate investors make informed decisions. My role is to make the financing clear, identify realistic paths, and coordinate closely with the people involved in your transaction.

If your income, property, or timeline does not fit neatly into a standard box, bring me the scenario before assuming the answer is no.

Who I help

Every file begins with a different question.

01

First-time buyers

Understand your price range, cash to close, and the tradeoffs between available paths before you begin shopping.

02

Real estate investors

Evaluate rental-property financing, DSCR scenarios, recent-purchase cash-outs, and portfolio opportunities.

03

Nontraditional income

Self-employed, commissioned, or working through an unusual file? We start by identifying the real constraint.

Know what the numbers mean before you act.

I look beyond the maximum approval amount to show how the financing would actually affect your payment, cash, and options.

  • Monthly payment
  • Cash to close
  • Qualification risks
  • Backup paths
  1. 01

    Map the full scenario

We start with your goal, timeline, income, debts, available funds, and the property—not a generic questionnaire alone.

  2. 02

    Test the viable paths

I use lender guidelines and my own scenario-analysis system to compare payments, cash requirements, tradeoffs, and pressure points.

  3. 03

    Leave with next steps

You get a clear recommendation, the documents or changes needed, and the assumptions that could affect the result.

  4. 04

    Stay aligned through closing

Once you move forward, I coordinate with you and your real estate team so financing questions are addressed early.

Beyond mortgages

I also founded AfroSabor.

AfroSabor creates a cultural home for Black joy, identity, and belonging in salsa. Through gatherings, education, storytelling, and movement, we build community while honoring the Black lineage of the dance.

That work is part of why I call myself a Community Mortgage Loan Officer. Community is not a marketing category to me. It is something I actively build.
